PAYMENT, DELIVERY & RETURNS
You can purchase our products via this website. Payment is made using Paypal.
We never have access to your payment card information. This is held securely by Pay Pal.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for your order. Paypal will give you an option to check out as a guest, you can then just enter your credit/debit cards details in the normal way. If you, require any assistance with this, please do contact us.
UK DELIVERY DETAILS
Yorkshire Rose Candles reserves the right to amend this at any time, without notice.
Delivery charges (where applicable) will be paid for by the customer at the time of purchase.
Postage is calculated by the weight of your basket:
Up to 225g (eg 6 wax melts) – £2.50 Using Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter 2-3 working days
Up to 2kg (This is up to 5 jam jars or or more than 6 wax melts) £5.00 Using Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel 3-5 working days
Over 2kg (6 or more jam jar candles) – £10.00 Using DPD courier 1-2 working days
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, if an order is to take longer to dispatch we will notify you.
If there is a delay in your order being dispatched, you will be contacted via email at the earliest opportunity.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays)
We are happy to send our amazing products worldwide.
Please contact us, to confirm delivery charges, as charges differ depending on weight and destination.
We are happy to accept returns for unused, undamaged items if you so wish.
Orders are to be returned at the cost of the buyer within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will issue a full refund of the item cost once received and inspected. If the items are returned in an unsaleable condition this then forfeits your right to a refund.
Refunds are issued within 10 working days and refunded electronically using the PayPal system.
Postage & Packing charges for items shipped are non refundable.
In the unlikely event that your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to notify us immediately.
Photographs of the damaged goods are required in order that we can replace the damaged items quickly. We may request that you return your damaged items for inspection and to help us improve our packaging.
If you are unable to provide photographs, we ask that you return the damaged items in their original packaging for inspection and so that we can replace the damaged items.
