Since our re-brand in 2019, we have work hard to reduce our use of plastic as much as possible.
Our candle tins can be recycled, and our glass candles can be washed out and re-used, they make lovely plant pots for succulent plants, we have a customer who uses them to drink her favourite whiskey out of them. (Please ensure you thoroughly wash the glass tumblers at a high temperature if you do this)
We use recyclable kraft boxes for our glass containers and reed diffusers.
Our wax melts are packaged in RPET clamshell packaging specially made for wax melts. This means the container is made from recycled plastic. Plus, the containers can be recycled again, so please do pop them in your recycling bin.
Our packaging material is mostly recyclable. You will find we will use bubble wrap around our room sprays to protect them during transit (please see below about our bubble wrap usage). Room sprays and reed diffusers must be packaged into plastic bags; in case they leak during transit. This is requirement by Royal Mail and couriers therefore we have adhered to it.
We do receive large qualities of plastic bubble wrap from our suppliers, so instead of sending it off to landfill we re-use it in your orders. If you do receive a parcel from us with bubble wrap, we can assure you we have not purchase it ourselves we are re-using what we have received.
UK DELIVERY DETAILS

We offer free standard UK delivery for orders over £50.00
For orders under £10.00 there is a delivery charge of £3.50
For orders between £10.01 and £49 there is a delivery charge of £5.00
Orders will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class post. Large orders are sent via courier.
We aim to dispatch Orders within 2 working days of receiving an order.

We will accept returns of goods providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the good. Refunds are automatically sent to the original payment method.
Postage costs to return the goods to us will not be refunded.
If you order is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days, and we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
To complete your damage return, please contact us with a photograph of your damaged product and proof of purchase by providing your order number. Once we are satisfied the damage was accidental, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
